As a native of Sarasota, Michael Padgett has seen many, many changes in Sarasota. As a child, these changes interested Michael more than most. Probably because, as the son of an Architect and 3rd generation “Sarasotan” from a family of home builders, it was the main topic of discussion at most family functions.

So it was no surprise when in 1991, fresh out of college, Michael joined his Father and his Uncle in their residential home building endeavor, Padgett Homes. That is where he learned the business from “slab to sales”. Michael spent nearly a Decade absorbing information, processes and most importantly the work ethic to help make people’s biggest purchase come to fruition. Vision Homes is a continuation of that ethic.

Michael has also taken his love for Sarasota a step further. Michael earned his Real Estate license in 2009 and joined forces with Coffey & Co. one of the most up & coming purveyors of Fine Homes is Sarasota.
