| The Vision Homes Team is highly recognized
as a leader in customer service with quality. They are a
group of energetic, dedicated individuals with a vision to deliver
the most sought after comforts coupled with the finest architecture
and workmanship. Vision Homes is proudly headed by Mr. Charles
(Chip) Nemec, and Mr. Mike Padgett. |
Chip grew up in the industry working along
with his father, a renowned contractor. He graduated with a
degree in Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene and began
overseeing large residential framing crews, quickly moving on
to work on large custom home construction. After two years,
he began his own construction company specializing in commercial
build out and residential remodeling, which then evolved in
to building custom homes. It was then that he met Michael Padgett,
who like himself, grew up in the industry working along with
his father. Chip is a member of the Sarasota County Building
Department Board of Adjustments and Appeals. |
Michael Padgett graduated college with a
BS degree in International Relations. He then joined his father
and uncle in their corporation, Padgett Homes. With increasing
responsibilities in sales, customer relations, and new land
acquisition, he aspired to own his own corporation, a dream
now realized. Michael Padgett is a past President of the
Home Builders Association and also served as an elected member of the
Sarasota County Charter Review Board. |
